Yea, that's what I mean. LOL. Yea, exactlyyyy It will be illegal for me to drive.
Whatever will I do.
I have a bluetooth, but I always lose it, or forget it, or forget to charge it.
I am going to have to change my whole life style for real. Be more prepared, I suppose. I've been talking on the phone in my car since I had a cell which is since they like almost first came out, I was one of those fortunate ones that was spoiled with one in the dino ages.....
lol, I was parking the other day and said to my friend, cuz she was like hu?
what are you saying, cuz I was pausing... And I was like, OMG, You know you live in California when you can parallel park and talk on the phone at the same time.
That's pretty pathetic. I should be using two hands to parallel park.
We are pretty bad here. Honestly it is like 2nd nature, we are so used
to talking you kind of forget you are driving..
This girl the other day at Ralphs was on the phone and turned the corner
and was in MY LANE, what does she do? Waits for me to go around, I drive like 30 seconds, and it happens again..
So we will see, this is a Huge Deal Here.. The contract ending at midnight and the cell phone thing, LA just doesn't know what to do with itself..

Yup good ol Arnold got it passed. And if you are under 18 you are not even allowed to talk on the phone at all, which I think is good. They should be concentrating on learning how to drive period, not texting....
They are going to be giving out soooo many tickets to everyone, lol, so many people they interviewed were like,
Well I'll try and follow the law, but, omg, I can't just not talk on the phone, what am I supposed to do if it rings?
Even grown men said that. Well not the omg part...:yahoo_shhhh:
Haha this is so funny.
People in Australia still do it, especially texting while driving.
I've had friends message me while they're driving..
I guess whatever law they put out, some people will always rebell.

Yeah we've had that law for sometime, but we still can use our GPS or smoke Don't make no sense to me.....we get points for going round a roundabout more than once (if we get caught) supposing you were lost or something? And we have the most roundabouts in Europe crazee!!

Hayley gets her license in August. (has temps now) She was driving me to the store, her phone rang, she grabs it and starts texting. :smiley_acbt: uh....NO!
New rule for her too, so don't feel sad Done....I'm doing the same to her. But I tell ya, she can text with her eyes closed!
What about using speaker phone? You can dial before you start the car, lay the phone on the seat and then drive. :D

We've had the law here in NM for a while. But we can use the 'hands free' gizmos and still drive. I find if I put my cell on the dash on speaker I can talk just fine and have both hands on the wheel, lol.
Don't do it that often, but once in a while a call comes in when I'm driving.
Hopefully, Miss Done, you'll start to remember to CHARGE your Bluetooth, lol
Love and hugs,
