How to create your user page
Go to your user Control Panel which is located on the upper left hand corner,
http://www.recoveryworks.info/forums/usercp.php
On the left hand side you will see "Customize profile" under Edit my details
http://www.recoveryworks.info/forums/profile.php?do=customize
Once you are here you should decide the theme you want and the background you would like to use. You can use a picture or a plain color.
If you want to use a picture you have to start a "Photo Album",
which you can do here, http://www.recoveryworks.info/forums/album.php?u=36 you can find a link on the same page of your
customize profile page on the top also.
Name your Photo Album, and upload the picture you would like to use.
Once you upload it, you can click on the picture and get two lines below it like you do on photobucket. You use the "Picture URL" to enter into
the MAIN line on your Main line in the Customize Profile.
From there you can play around with the colors to see what you like and what works well with your picture. You can hit "Preview" to get a view of it.
