Frame of life
+++++++++++++++++++
The way you frame your life has a major impact on the way
your life unfolds. The way you see yourself and your place
in the world determines who you truly are.
The unstated assumptions upon which you rely are constantly
exerting their influence. Your deepest, most sincere
feelings about life have a way of coloring every
circumstance.
The events in your world do not just happen without reason
or source. They are driven by your most fundamental
expectations of how you will find life to be.
In each small moment and in every large undertaking, your
frame of life sets the stage. So choose to frame your life
with love, with respect, with beauty, grace and a focus on
the most magnificent possibilities.
The way you see the world determines the kind of world you
see. So decide to assume, expect and look for the very best
you can imagine.
Live with a positive, enthusiastic and thankful frame of
life. And within that empowering frame, you will create a
masterpiece that grows more beautiful with each moment.

Unsurpassed enthusiasm
+++++++++++++++++++
When the going gets rough, that's not a sign that you must
lower your expectations. It is precisely during such times
that your best strategy is to raise those expectations.
If your goal is to merely get by, to do nothing more than
just break even, there's nothing in it to motivate or
inspire you. Set your sights on a destination so compelling
that you'll be pulled toward it just by thinking about it.
Giving up and settling for less is never the answer to
life's challenges. See those challenges as the tremendously
valuable opportunities that they are.
Always, always, always there are rich rewards waiting for
those who can produce and provide real value to life. That
is even more acutely true in times of turmoil and
uncertainty.
You have so very much to offer, for you are smart,
experienced, adaptable, curious, open-minded and willing to
make a positive difference. So by all means, get busy making
your own unique contribution to life with every opportunity
that comes your way.
This is your time to shine more brightly than ever before.
Greet this day, and every day, with the unsurpassed
enthusiasm of knowing what a truly grand opportunity is now
in your hands.

Fulfillment never ceases
+++++++++++++++++++
Fulfillment is not a matter of doing more. It is a matter of
focusing who you are, what you have and the actions you are
already taking.
Fulfillment flows from focusing your life around specific
and authentically held intentions. When the intention is
clear, consistent and meaningful, you already have
sufficient means to bring it about.
Though you will surely cross through formidable challenges,
fulfillment is not a struggle. Rather, it is a unique and
magnificent expression which receives its nourishment from
those very challenges.
Fulfillment brings the ineffable treasures inside of you to
the surface and beyond, where they manifest as great value.
Fulfillment is a medium through which you intimately
interact with all of life, strengthening the presence of joy
in the process.
The fulfillment of your most profound desires is always
present in your life. By your continual thankfulness for
what is, you allow and enable the fulfillment of what can
be.
See the beauty, feel the joy, and keep your thoughts filled
with the most positive and meaningful possibilities. For
fulfillment never ceases.

Desires that tug at your soul
+++++++++++++++++++
Do not be ashamed of the things you desire. Be diligent in
exploring the depths of those desires.
Do not settle for mere superficial desires. Find the pure,
undeniable truth of the underlying purpose that gives rise
to those desires.
The best way to be is to be who you are. True success is
living with authenticity, being joyfully honest about your
own life.
Let your life unfold more fully with each moment. The
passing of time is always your friend because it brings you
ever closer to who you truly are.
There is magic in the most ordinary of moments. For you are
life witnessing itself from a fresh perspective, filled with
more possibilities than ever before.
Pay heed to the desires that tug at your soul. And discover
new miracles to which you can give birth.

What do you expect?
+++++++++++++++++++
You don't have to look very far to find a reason to feel
sorry for yourself. But why would you want to waste even a
few moments of your precious life on self pity?
It's easy to come up with perfectly reasonable excuses for
lowering your expectations and hiding away from life. But
then all you're left with are worthless excuses.
There are certain circumstances under which some people see
themselves as victims. Yet under those exact same
circumstances other people find and make the most of truly
grand opportunities.
When you expect life to be cruel and harsh, it will live up
to your expectations. When, on the other hand, you consider
yourself to be extremely fortunate, you will become even
more so.
There is great value in every moment. Positive possibilities
are generated by every turn and twist of fate.
No matter what may happen or fail to happen, life is what
you choose to make it. Choose again and again, in every
situation, to make it great.

Choose peace
+++++++++++++++++++
The peace you experience comes from who and what you are, and
how you choose to be. The world around you can be full of
turmoil and strife, and yet you can be completely at peace
in your own heart.
Peace is one of the surest signs of strength. Inner peace
brings true outer strength.
Those who lack confidence feel the need to lash out. Those
who are strong have what it takes to stay calm and peaceful.
When your identity and fulfillment are tied to fleeting,
superficial things, it is impossible to remain at peace.
When you invest your being in true and lasting values, and
when you remain ever vigilant to those values, you develop
the confidence and strength to be peaceful.
Peace cannot be forced on anyone, and true peace cannot be
forcibly taken from anyone. Peace comes to those who are
strong enough and wise enough to choose it, and with that
peace comes an abundance of living that is otherwise
impossible to know.
Choose peace. And with the strength of your choice, help it
to grow.

Well grounded
+++++++++++++++++++
It can often be useful and interesting to wander away from
your original path for a while. Sometimes you discover a new
and much more fulfilling direction that way.
Yet if all you ever do is wander off, you won't be able to
get anywhere. When you give in to every distraction, nothing
will ever get accomplished.
Be curious, be open to new experiences, be willing to do
things you've never done, to go new places and to meet new
people. Remember, though, to also give your life a solid,
steady context through which you can create real value out
of all the diverse experiences that come your way.
A stable foundation in your life does not necessarily have
to limit you. In fact, it can enable you to make the most of
the new and interesting opportunities that come your way.
Being well grounded provides a strong base from which you
can operate with effectiveness and confidence. Taking good
care of the mundane and boring aspects of life gives you the
time, energy and resources to fully explore the most
exciting possibilities.
Be sure to mix your progressive, adventurous vision with a
good dose of old fashioned common sense. It's a proven
recipe for outstanding success.

Humility
+++++++++++++++++++
In addition to persistent, ongoing effort, continued success
requires humility. If you grow arrogant after a few
accomplishments, you're not likely to have many more.
With each success you gain more confidence, and that's
great. When you've done it before, you know that you can do
it again.
Yet even as your confidence level grows higher and higher,
do not make the mistake of discarding your humility. For
humility keeps you reasonable, respectful, thankful,
thoughtful and realistic, and those are all qualities
essential for continued success.
Thinking that you're entitled to something just because you
want it is a reliable recipe for failure and disappointment.
Humility reminds you that in order to receive value, you
must create value in equal measure.
While it is certainly possible to accomplish things without
humility, those accomplishments will be empty and
short-lived. Those people who enjoy meaningful success and
fulfillment year after year and decade after decade are
those people who know the value of humility.
Choose to be strong enough and smart enough to live with
genuine humility. The rewards for doing so will show up
throughout your whole life.

The best you can imagine
+++++++++++++++++++
Imagine for a moment that your every desire has been
fulfilled, and that even the dreams you dare not to dream
have become a reality. Imagine a life with no worries, no
fears, no limitations, with nothing to fight against,
nothing standing in your way, nothing to hold you back.
How would you live each moment of each day in such a bright
and shining reality? If you truly had it all, what,
precisely, would you do with it and who would you become?
As you imagine yourself living out your most treasured
dreams, you begin to touch the tangible and authentic
purpose behind those dreams. And you come to understand that
the person you would become if you truly had it all, is
already with you even now.
That purpose which longs to be fulfilled is very much a part
of who you are today, no matter how distant your dreams may
seem. Those dreams are very much alive in you, and a great
portion of their value you already have.
Life is found not in waiting or hoping for anything to come
to you. Life is best lived knowing that who you are and what
you have is always more than enough.
The best you can imagine is already here, ready to be lived
out. Allow it to unfold, moment after moment, day after day,
as you experience the magnificent blessing that is your
life.

Feel whatever you choose
+++++++++++++++++++
Stop working so diligently to make your feelings match your
circumstances. Realize instead that you can select and
direct your feelings to create much more favorable
circumstances of your own choosing.
There's no law that says you must harbor feelings of
disappointment, dismay, anger and futility when events don't
go your way. You can just as easily feel amused, enlightened
and more positively inspired than ever before.
You could use your feelings to prolong a difficult
situation. Or you can choose other feelings that will enable
you to transcend your greatest difficulties and move
forward.
How do you feel positive when the world around you is so
negative? Just ask yourself whether you would rather be
imprisoned by your feelings or empowered by them.
From moment to moment, you are constantly choosing which
feelings to hold on to and which ones to discard. Be ever
mindful of this power that is yours, for by improving the
way you feel you can improve anything in your life to
whatever degree you decide.
Your feelings are powerful forces, and by taking control of
them you can move your life in any direction. Feel whatever
you choose, and you are choosing to make it so.

One more attempt
+++++++++++++++++++
If you are always willing to make one more attempt, you can
reach whatever goal you choose. No matter what results you
get, the only real failure is when you stop making the
effort.
When you are mistaken, you can learn. When you are knocked
down, you can get back up.
When you find that you've veered off track, you can correct
your direction. When you discover that circumstances have
changed, you can make adjustments accordingly.
Eventually, you'll reach the point at which the next attempt
you make is the one that will complete the desired
accomplishment. What a shame it would be to stop just one
effort short of success.
For that next effort will make all the others pay off.
Commit yourself to making one more effort, one more attempt,
as often as necessary, and anything is within your reach.
Keep making that one more attempt, keep getting back up, and
keep moving forward in the direction of your goal, one step
after another. And you will surely get there.

It's your life
+++++++++++++++++++
There's no sense in fighting over the scraps that others
might or might not throw under the table. Instead, get busy
and create your own magnificent feast.
Stop going from door to door begging for someone else to
solve all your problems for you. Instead, pick a formidable
challenge, work your way through it, and you'll build plenty
of strength and experience to handle whatever situations
come your way.
What possible use is there in developing elaborate arguments
that place the blame for your difficulties on someone else?
Put your energy into creating a brilliant future, not into
fighting over what has already been left behind.
This is your life. The only person who can successfully live
it is you.
Do you really think you can ever find fulfillment by signing
over your control and responsibility to someone else? You're
here to live and to do, not to merely observe and complain.
Nothing that could ever be done for you or handed to you can
come close to the experience of making a positive difference

Something to appreciate
+++++++++++++++++++
What's the quickest way out of a negative attitude? Have
something ready and waiting that you can immediately and
genuinely appreciate.
How do you find the hidden value in any situation? Look for
something to truly appreciate.
When you seek to find things to appreciate, what you'll
discover are hidden treasures upon which you can build great
value. Look for what you can appreciate, and you'll find
positive, powerful tools that will pull you forward.
Get in the habit of starting each day by thinking of
something for which you can be thankful. Then, whenever you
catch yourself falling into a negative thought pattern,
you'll already have something positive toward which you can
redirect your thoughts.
Each time you meet a new person, make it a point to find
something, at the very outset of the relationship, that you
can sincerely appreciate. Every time you find yourself in a
new place or situation, look first for what you can
appreciate about it.
Find something to appreciate, and your effectiveness will
increase dramatically. Find something to appreciate, and

Learn from frustration
+++++++++++++++++++
In every frustration there is a powerful message. Frustration
tells you, in no uncertain terms, that something is not as
good as it could possibly be.
There's a reason for every frustration. And when you choose
to be brutally honest with yourself, there's also a positive
and potentially life-changing response.
The best response to frustration is not to fight it or
resent it or let it break you down, but to learn from it.
Perhaps frustration is attempting to convince you of the
need to speak out against injustice, or pointing out changes
that you know you must make in your own behavior.
Frustration may very well be telling you that what you're
doing at the moment is not at all in line with your most
deeply held values. Frustration may be your way of telling
yourself that you need to more fully prepare for life's
various challenges.
It could be that frustration is helping you to realize that
there must be a more effective, more efficient, more
compassionate, or more sensible way to do some particular
thing. Many great achievements and advances start out as
frustrations.
Feel the frustration, and then listen very carefully. For
that frustration is giving you some priceless advice.

Effortless effort
+++++++++++++++++++
The direction you're headed will determine how easily and
gracefully you make progress. When you're moving toward your
most authentic desires, the going will feel almost
effortless.
Sure, there will be effort involved, and indeed it may be
quite complicated and challenging. Yet when that effort is
applied in a direction that's in harmony with who you are,
it won't feel like effort at all.
It will feel like adventure and it will feel like
fulfillment. Because that's exactly what it is.
If your efforts do not feel effortless, if you struggle
against them and resent them and avoid them, something is
surely wrong. Look closely and carefully at where you are
headed, and make sure your actions from moment to moment are
in line with the things you value most.
Even the most difficult challenges, even the most demanding
efforts can bring real joy as you work through them. When
you're serving a purpose that has real meaning for you,
every step is something to be treasured.
Choose a path that leads toward where you truly wish to go.
When the effort feels effortless, you'll know you're moving
in a direction that's right for you.

Allow this moment
+++++++++++++++++++
Relax and allow this moment to come. Savor the richness of it
as it passes through your experience.
Then, just as peacefully as you let it in, let the moment
go. And allow the next moment to flow freely into your life.
There is nothing to be gained by fighting against perceived
difficulties, or by running away from them. There is nothing
to be gained by worrying that the things you value will be
taken from you.
Instead, enjoy, appreciate and make full use of your many
treasures and blessings. By so doing, you'll make it
impossible for them to ever be taken from you.
Welcome each new challenge as it appears. It is by moving
through the challenges that you enrich yourself and the

Let each unique moment flow freely through you, with
whatever it may bring, and experience it fully, with

Choose to imagine
+++++++++++++++++++
The world you imagine is the world you experience. The life
you imagine is the life you live.
To bring anything into your life, imagine it is already
there. The more completely you imagine it, the more fully it
becomes real for you.
All that you are, you once imagined yourself to be. What do
you choose to imagine now?
Imagination does its work not by tapping into some
supernatural, secret power. Imagination creates your world
by simply and naturally directing the enormous creative
energy that is your life.
Imagination enables you to fully and authentically
experience what is already there. Through the power of your
imagination, you choose your own specific reality from a
limitless set of possibilities.
Be aware and in touch with what you choose to imagine. For
with your imagination, you are choosing the direction of

Find your own path
+++++++++++++++++++
The obstacles you encounter are not preventing you from
reaching your dreams. They're merely blocking one particular
path that you mistakenly assume is the only way to reach
those dreams.
If you focus on the obstacles, then you give them more
power. Instead, focus on your purpose, on your most
authentic and fundamental intentions.
The world can trick you into thinking that there's only one
road to your destination. In truth, there are infinite ways
to get where you wish to go.
There's nothing that says you have to succeed in the same
way as someone else. In fact, there's nothing that says you
must define success in the same way as someone else.
You are truly one of a kind, with your own unique passions
and purposes. And you're fully capable of traveling your own

Don't be stopped just because the road that everyone else

Feel good about life
+++++++++++++++++++
When you can change things for the better, do it. When you're
unable to make any changes in the way things are, you still
can change the way you feel.
And your feelings will end up changing your world. Because
your feelings have an effect on what you do from moment to
moment.
The person you feel like being is the person you will
become. The life you most feel like living is the life you
will find yourself experiencing.
Feel good about your life, and almost immediately your life
will begin to align with that feeling. In each area, on
every level, you'll start creating the results that validate
and fulfill the feelings.
It may at first seem ridiculous or impossible to feel good
when things are not going well. Actually, though, feeling
good is really quite pleasant and something you can easily

So decide to feel good about life, right here, right now,

Be different
+++++++++++++++++++
To make a difference, you often must be different. It takes
courage and confidence to go against the grain of negativity
that surrounds you, and such courage can bring great
rewards.
Where others see only doom and gloom, look for the bright
glimmer of opportunity. For it is most certainly there.
When everyone is looking for someone to blame for what has
already happened, turn your focus toward the future.
Exploring the current possibilities will create infinitely
more value than arguing over past failures.
When you encounter rudeness and irritation, generously offer
your own polite and confident patience. When you bump up
against the arrogance of another person, melt it away with
your own sincere, self-assured humility.
Just because everyone is heading in a negative direction
doesn't mean you must go that way too. On the contrary, it's
a valuable opportunity for you to set a positive example.
In times of great difficulty and stress, choose to be a
beacon of encouragement, understanding and positive purpose.
Be different, and you can truly make a valuable positive
difference.
